1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require full or payment upfront (depending on the nature of the service).
  • Payment secures your session or event reservation.
  • Rescheduling is allowed once per session unless otherwise agreed.

1.1 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event: Eligible for a full refund or a credit for a future event (valid for 2 months).
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit for a future event.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
  • If a participant must cancel due to a medical or other serious emergency, they may request a refund or credit. Approval is at the discretion of Aphrodite in Ropes.

1.2 Cancellation by Aphrodite in Ropes

  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Aphrodite in Ropes, participants may choose between:
    • A full refund
    • A credit for a future event
  • In rare cases where an event is cut short due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, safety concerns), refunds or credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

1.3. Transfer Policy

  • If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their spot to another person at least 24 hours before the event.
  • Transfers must be approved in advance by Aphrodite In Rope’s team.

Refund and Return Policy

  • Ropes and Custom Products: Due to the nature of our products, ropes and custom items cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about your order or the products, feel free to contact us before finalizing your purchase.
  • Other Items: For non-custom products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.   • Refunds: Once we receive your returned items and inspect their condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
